About the available position:

EPIC - Every Person Influences Children is seeking a full-time (40 hrs/wk) Administrative Coordinator for their Buffalo headquarters. This position will ensure that administrative support activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, allowing organizational operations to function properly. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing administrative duties related to HR and Development. Duties include assisting in preparing payroll and benefits reports, coordinating recruitment and interview process, assisting in new employee onboarding, orientation and training processes, monitoring inventory, and coordinating with vendors.


Position Summary:

  • Job Type: Full-time, hourly, non-exempt
  • Schedule: Weekdays, Monday-Friday
  • Location:  Buffalo, NY- EPIC Headquarters
  • Salary Range: $42,000-45,000, paid hourly

FAMILY ENGAGEMENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

(FULL-TIME TEMPORARY)

About the available position:

EPIC - Every Person Influences Children is seeking a full-time/temporary (40 hrs/wk) Family Engagement Support Specialist. This human services position will be responsible for temporarily assisting the Director of Family Services with the appropriate implementation of non-mandated parenting, family engagement, and professional development contracts in partnership with the Salamanca City Central School District. The position will act as a family liaison to the school district, support district initiatives, develop a network of resources, and report on goals and outcomes.


Position Summary:

  • Job Type:  Full-time/temporary, hourly, non-exempt
  • Duration:  Minimum 90 days
  • Schedule:  Mainly weekdays, including some evenings and occasional weekends. Occasional travel to Buffalo (mileage reimbursement)
  • Location:  Salamanca Central School Administrative Building
  • Salary Range:  $21.00 - $22.81 per hour
  • Benefits:  Paid Sick Leave (PSL)

PARENT PARTNER/CASE WORKER

Lockport


About the available position:

EPIC - Every Person Influences Children is seeking a full-time (40 hrs/wk) Parent Partner (Case Manager) for the Family Opportunity Center located in Lockport, NY. This human services position manages a reasonable case load facilitating in-home, evidence-based parenting classes and coached visitations referred by the Niagara County Department of Social Services. The visitations take place in the Lockport area. This position conducts individual, in-home, Triple P Level 4 Standard and Triple P Level 5: Pathways classes (training provided by EPIC). Candidate will conduct supervised visitation, based on the coached visitation model, for parents who have had their children removed from their care due to abuse and/or neglect. Engagement through a strengths-based lens with the ultimate goal of reunification. 


Position Summary:

  • Job Type: Full time, hourly, non-exempt
  • Schedule: Position mostly works in the field and needs to be available on a flexible schedule based on program requirements, including evenings and weekends. Administrative work primarily remote with access to the Lockport office, mileage reimbursement.
  • Location: Visitations in Lockport, NY area, weekly check-in at NCDSS office
  • Salary Range: $48,000-$52,000

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Buffalo


About the available position:

EPIC - Every Person Influences Children is seeking a full-time (40 hrs/wk) Professional Development Manager for their Buffalo headquarters. This human services position is responsible for responsible for developing and maintaining EPICs professional development and specialized training offerings both internally and externally. This will include supporting and advancing EPIC’s Assessment & Planning in Education and Family Engagement Consultation models. The PD Manager will ensure the learning objectives required by contracted governmental, educational and private funders are completed by EPIC staff and program participants. The PD Manager will be responsible for the recruitment and hiring of EPIC Facilitators, coordinating 3rd party or internal training, assigning sessions and evaluating performance.


Position Summary:

  • Job Type: Full-time, hourly, non-exempt
  • Schedule:  Mainly weekdays, including some evenings
  • Location:  EPIC Headquarters, this position requires occasional and/or consistent travel, particularly to other WNY Counties– reliable transportation required. Potential infrequent travel to other areas of NY State and beyond, possibly by air.
  • Salary Range: $48,000-$55,000, paid hourly
